honestly no reason to complain. brand-new hotel in a calm area near train station, and kyoto shopping district. impeccably clean room with comfy bed and a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning.

The location was superb, allowing us to explore nearby attractions easily. The lobby was attractive, and we enjoyed a delicious Japanese breakfast. A couple of minor drawbacks were the lack of water and lighting for reading, but overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

I loved how comfy the bed was—it was perfect after a long day of exploring! Plus, having a Family Mart right around the corner made grabbing snacks a breeze. The coin laundry on-site was also a lifesaver!

The room cleaning took a bit longer than expected, and there were some areas that could use more attention. the breakfast menu was pretty limited—mostly rice-based dishes with no Western options, which got old after a few days. Overall though, my experience was really enjoyable!

I found Bar il Ciliegio, offering shots and different drinks, just 1 km away from the venue.

We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, especially the lady overseeing the Japanese-style breakfast.

The room lacked proper ventilation, leading to a persistent damp smell that made us feel unwell. the limited storage space and small room size made it challenging to move around comfortably.

The rooms were ideal and exceptional, with a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet in the bathroom. It was in a very central setting to many great restaurants. It's next to the Kyoto shopping district, wonderful temples, and convenience stores.
